How does Relately help me maintain my important business relationships?
Relately tracks your interactions online with your important business relationships. Each relationship has a dynamic score that’s updated hourly from 0-100. The lower it gets, the further you’re falling out of touch. To increase the score (stay in touch), all you have to do is interact with the person on email or social media, or use the Relately Dashboard to send messages to all your contacts from one place.
With paid plans, when will I be billed?
You will be billed monthly or yearly depending on which option you choose starting on the day you go from free trial to paid plan. You can cancel with a click of a button and not be billed again.
What interaction information does Relately look at?
We only look at the minimum interaction information necesary so we know who you interacted with, when it took place, and how (facebook message, like, email sent, email received, twitter reply, etc).
What if I don't know how to stay in touch?
Knowing when and how to stay in touch can be confusing. You need to say more than, “Hi, What’s up?”, but you don’t want to go into your life story each time you message either. We give simple scripts that you can utilize to keep the conversation moving forward and your relationships growing including ideas on how to structure your messages and what to include.
Are there any extra fees?
No, there are not any extra fees. We wanted to keep the pricing as simple as possible no matter the size of your network or how often you interact with them.

Can you help me find people to add to my network?
Yes, we are currently testing an option to help you find influencers online. Contact us here for more information.
How can I cancel my plan?
If you’re signed up on a payment plan, it’s as simple as clicking on your name on the top right-hand corner, going to “billing” and then clicking the delete my account button.
